Step 1:
Get into the cold plunge slowly and safely like you would a cold pool. Slide into water and dunk your head immediately.

Step 2:
Get comfortable and stay submerged up to your neckline. Breathe. Relax.
*Try Box breathing  - in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds

Step 3:
When you're ready to end your session, dunk your head again. Control your breath and exit the tub safely.
*We recommend a 3-6 minute plunge session

Experience our new Contrast Suite. Start with a hot infrared sauna session, usually around 30 minutes. After that jump into an ice cold tub for three to six minutes to trigger changes in the circulatory system. It is recommended to follow protocol in this specific order to prevent adverse effects with contrast therapy.
