Can I share my membership with a guest?
Memberships, no. Packages, yes! Members can bring a sauna guest for a discounted rate.

How long is each session?
Infrared sauna guests enjoy 40 minute sessions.
Cold plunge guests enjoy the plunge suite for 20 minutes. Plunge pool is recommended for 3-6 minutes in duration.

How do you clean the sauna between each use?
Melt staff clean each sauna before and after every session. We use an essential oil solution to sanitize each unit. Towels are refreshed and sanitized between each client. Each sauna is created with untreated natural antimicrobial wood adding an extra layer of protection. Our saunas maintain a constant elevated temperature ensuring a clean and healthy session.

How do you clean the cold plunge between each use?
The cold plunge tub has a robust filtration system that includes: UV, Ozone and a 5 micron filter. MELT staff allow a minimum of a 10 minute cleaning cycle between clients. A more in depth cleaning is done by staff at the beginning of each day. Water is replaced as needed  and ongoing maintenance (testing pH) to ensure the highest quality crystal clear water.

Who should NOT use the sauna:
If you're under 18, pregnant, not feeling well/have a fever, etc.breast feeding or are under the current supervision of a physician. 
Note: Consult your practitioner, but if getting botox, please wait 36- 48 hours to sauna

Who should NOT use the Cold Plunge:
People with pre-existing heart conditions should avoid extreme temperature swings
